Welcome to the official site of Lawrence Taxidermy Studio. I strive to offer the highest quality taxidermy in southwest Iowa. Located in the midwest, I have spent countless hours studying the fish,deer, etc. in there natural habitat. I have fished/hunted accross the US, and have a wide experience with fish of all species including saltwater fish. I can accurately re-create your trophy, be it a skinmount fish, or some of the highest quality reproductions available today. No job is too big or too small. I treat every mount as if it were our own personal trophy.

Training-I first learned taxidermy from the Colorado Institute of Taxidermy Training. I furthered my education and really got onto the path of honing my fish taxidermy skills by taking a class with one of the top taxidermists/instructors in the world, Rick Krane, of Anglers Artistry. I took two workshops, and graduated from the advanced Course. I am currently a member of the Iowa Taxidermy Association, and often attend seminars offered through the ITA to keep up on the latest techniques and technologies.
